Ty could not have been a more perfect realtor for us! No matter the time or day, she was always available to respond to our many questions or get us scheduled to view houses. Initially I interviewed 3 real estate agents. Ty answered all my questions honestly during our very first meeting. I was able to provide my availability in advance so we could view houses together and how I can view open house. Not only that, I was all over the place when it came to where I wanted to move as far as which county or school districts and even accommodated me when I was interested in purchasing land for a new build. Ty updated my search criteria with every change I wanted. My agents didn’t stop until I found the home of my dreams. I called them day and night with question and I always got an answer. They kept open lines of communication with my LO, LOA, processor to make sure everything was a go. They negotiated the best deal ever on my new home with repairs and a 2 year home warranty. I’m extremely pleased with the service and I’ve been in my home for a few weeks and still can’t believe it’s all mine.
